It was alright. We got the chicken udon soup and the chicken yakisoba. The yakisoba was totally tasteless, but the grilled chicken in it was tasty. The udon broth had good flavor, but the chicken tasted very meaty. All in all, it was just fine. Not great, but not bad. I might order the udon again in a pinch, but probably not the yakisoba. Definitely not worth the price!

Terrible and rude service. Blatantly ignored by two employees when trying to place an order. So bad to the point I left, I’d rather settle for M&Ms for dinner than deal with their staff.

Hachi-ko changed my expectations of airport food. Asian comfort foods galore, with teriyaki beef or chicken, katsu, shrimp tempura, udon, salmon, Portuguese sausage or Spam and eggs, gotta, egg rolls, sushi, and poke all in one place?! I'd come to SeaTac more often knowing this place is in the Alaska Airlines terminal. I didn't bother considering the poke, as I mention in all of my Hawaiian food reviews, poke outside of Hawai'i is usually/actually a salad. The workers come across as brusque, but they really want to make sure that you get your food in a timely manner, as everything is made fresh and to order. I had the teriyaki salmon combo, which is grilled slowly (they warn you) and comes with either egg rolls or gyoza (take these!) and a drink.
