Hang Space in Richmond

Friday afternoon my husband and I were texting back and forth trying to decide what to do for dinner. I mentioned Hangspace because it's a two minute drive from my office and i have heard nothing but good things about them. My husband browsed the website and chose a few items for us to split with our toddler for dinner. I wrote them down and placed the order in person. The girl who took our order was really friendly and the atmosphere was really chill. The wait time wasn't bad at all, maybe 15-20 minutes? I had to pick up a few items from Food Lion next door, by the time I was done it only took a few more minutes for our meal to be ready. The drive home is only about five minutes so the food was still warm when I got home with it. We got a chik fil aint, Buffalo chkn and a classic chez burger sandwiches and 2 regular fries. Everything was so delicious that we have already decided what we want to get next time we grab food.

The food was awful. The menu changed and some good items were removed. My meal was dry and overcooked. The menu is limited.

Grabbed some takeout from Hang Space during our drive through Richmond. Man, this did not disappoint.Before stepping foot in the restaurant I knew Tickles were going to need to be part of my order. I mean crispy tots, pickles and some sort of sauce? Sign me up for that! The tots were very crispy, even though the were covered in the pickles and creamy pink sauce. They held up well as takeout. I loved the combo of creamy and pickles. A winning side dish for sure!When it came to a sandwich, things weren't so clear cut. I ran through my options Beyond burgers, Quorn items, but I wasn't really feeling these because I can grab them in my local grocery store and take them home to dress up.
