Hans' Homemade Ice Cream in Anaheim

Mountain blackberry single and single scoop banana fosters. My mountain BlackBerry was creamy and smooth but needed more blackberry flavor. It tasted more like a berry ice cream than specific blackberry. For me this ice cream was just ok. I wanted to taste blackberries and I didn't. The banana foster ice cream was a little better as you could taste the bananas but still it needed a more intense banana flavor not just a hint. Over all both ice creams were creamy and subtle flavor of what they were named. A good solid ice cream. 3.5-4 stars

I ordered the Bourdeux cherry and banana foster and my friend ordered a chocolate scoop with m&ms. The cherries soaked in bourdeux was nice and strong, but the ice cream itself was lacking true cherry flavor. Ive had my share of ice cream in my lifetime and thought flavor wise this was just alright. Service was friendly and quick. With so many other dessert options, I'm indifferent about coming back.

Dear Hans' Homemade Ice Cream, Pre-Pandemic review so the place was easy to go to back then when nothing of covid existed. The ice cream is amazing here. Got peanut butter and coffee one this last time. Wonderful tastes and magical times with how they make the ice cream. Atmosphere is nice it's setup with Anaheim packing house. Counter top seating with a view of all the packing house. Make sure to be careful when eating this ice cream it's thick and drippy. Price point is good here. A very good deal and giant size for all you pay for. Make sure to try it once and you'll enjoy it so much. Customer service is nice, and they recommend the best and let you know what each has. Will have to try once more when visiting this place once it opens up again.
