The customer service is very poor at this establishment the rice was hard and tasted old the young lady taking orders was using her cell phone while handling food I handed her $30 she threw my change inside of the cubicle this is my last time eating at this establishment I will take my business to Green shell with a know how to treat their customers with a smile I was also charged $2 extra to add onions to my shrimp fried rice only for me to get home and there's no onions in my shrimp fried rice

I’ve been living in Troy for some time now and the food at Hao Wei isn’t even good enough for the arrogance and disgusting attitudes you get while trying to place an order . I was charged $13.06 for 4 WINGS & FRIES . Outrageous and the person at the front desk knew she made a mistake but refused to fix it and continued to give me the worst customer service I ever received. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY & TIME DO NOT GO HERE ! So unprofessional and very disgusting people work here !
