Our family discovered Happy Wok a few months ago after trying to find a new Chinese restaurant in the area. We have now ordered from them five or six times and always enjoy their food. The portion sizes are generous, the food seems fresh, there are plenty of options for everyone. Our family favorites are their spring rolls, moo shu vegetables, sesame bean curd, and the vegetable lo mein. We personally prefer vegan food and the owner once called us to alert that one of the dishes we ordered was not vegan. We really appreciate the consideration and care. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Ordered: 10:20PMFeeling: Feeling like late date night chineseCost: LowInperson or take out?: Take outOrdered the General Tso's, egg drop soup, and chicken fried rice all for ~$18.General Tso's: Really enjoyed the sauce and the amount provided. However, my partner said the breading could be a bit betterEgg drop Soup: Pretty bland, but really eggy. Def going to add a bit more flavor next timeChicken Fried Rice: Solid, chicken wasn't what I was expecting but still good! Looked/tasted healthier than other placesTLDR: Reminds me of an at home chinese food experience, but a bit better. Ann Arbor is full of foodie critics. Some people just want something cheap and solid.

Quick, decent portions, cheap (especially for Ann Arbor), reasonably good - this no nonsense Chinese joint has excellent Singaporean food
