Hardee's in Abbeville

The food is good but the service is the worst of all fast foods and Abbeville seems to be the worst of all Hardee's

Update: Although I still don't take anything back from my previous review.I've been twice now recently and just went there this afternoon around 6:50pm.Lady at the window was pleasant and even wearing a mask I could see she was smiling the whole time. Service was much faster than it ever has been and I wasn't even asked to pull forward. THE FOOD! Hot and fresh made perfectly and the lady made sure I got my honey mustard. Much much much better experience. I will return and hope and pray I keep having experiences such as this one. I didn't catch her name but to whoever she was... Thank you because I do love Hardee's food as a whole and me being 8 months pregnant haven't had the energy to cook lately. Here it is 01:14pm and this place is close. But they in there sweeping the floor.

I go in here every morning, order the same thing. Is it so hard to put cheese on the eggs??? I've gotten it on the plate, sausage, hash rounds. But never my freaking eggs. Take pride in you work!! Your job is important Too!!

Burnt food rude employees and all around nasty and greasy do yourself a favor and drive right on by. The owner of this location needs to take notice!!

My milkshake tasted like milk without the shake. Just plain milk. But it had ice cream, idk what happened but hire someone who knows how to work the ice cream machine.

Food was really good, customer service was slow and certain one's were rude even after my family and I waited nearly an hour. Granted, it was a big order, however, no need to have an attitude due to the size of our order and us pointing out that you forgot something included with our meals. Please do better.

I really like hardys However this was the worst experience ever . Very incompetent staff i was the only customer when i place my order waited 15 minutes for a cheese burger and some tenders and they screwed up such of simple order.

Went thru the drive thru. Food was nasty but didn't have time to go back. Looked like the chicken on the biscuit was soaked in grease and was hard.

When your sign says lobby closed we assume we can't sit and eat, that is understood right now. If you don't want ppl to walk in lock the the damn door...but no matter what you don't have to be rude.

I got food for my daughter-in-law. She enjoys the sausage and gravy which are served separately. She likes to dunk the biscuit in the gravy. Nothing stellar. Nothing horrible. A bit of a wait at drive-thru.

I'm not sure who has the rudest employees. The Hardee's in Abbeville or the McDonald's in Abbeville. There is one woman who works here who is a shift leader per her shirt (can't remember the name) who is always very kind but the other women act like you're inconveniencing them by ordering through a drive thru. I can say that the food is always fresh but a change in attitude and professionalism would do wonders for this establishment.

Took way too long for food

Awful experience. Took 5 minutes to place order. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes. Once I recieved my order part of it was missing. Went back inside to a long line. Employees were taking their time, seemed confused and unable engaged.The employees working the line seemed lost. One of them stood staring at the prep area for 5 minutes holding a piece of cheese. I never seen him complete an order. He then left the station and told the manager it was time for him to go. As soon as he was released the other employee working food prep abandoned the line as well while there were still multiple orders on the screen.The manager was working on schedules for the next day, completely ignoring the 8 cars waiting at the drive thru and the lobby full of guest waiting. She sat at the counter talking to employees about what they were working the next day and repeatedly stated she wanted to hurry and get home.She continued to pull employees away from customer service to discuss their schedules or show them deposits for the...
