Went to Hardee’s for a milkshake. Been there several times before because my father who’s at a nursing home likes them. I’ve never had any issues. This time I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes when I got the milkshake it was even frozen. I saw the girl through the window mixing it for 10+ minutes. Needless to say I told her I didn’t want it & left. I understand being short handed but to offer me melted ice cream & call it a milkshake. The shakes say $3.99 but then they charge .30 cents for whip cream. I’ll never go there again. Went to Arbys & my dad said he liked it better. I do not recommend this Hardee’s at all. I saw a manager inside but she was overwhelmed to say the least.
