The management here now is a joke. I understand the staffing shortage makes things difficult. They are rude and unprofessional and take their frustration out on the customers. Do not go here until they change the management and hire some new people. It's a shame because it is a new store and it was amazing.

I have been there a few times, ordering via drive-thru. Each time, the person on the intercom comes across as rude. They don't greet you with a "Hi, welcome to Hardee's, may I take your order." The last time I was there they greeted me with, "What do you want?" I name one item and they ask, "Is that all?" It feels like the way they have treated me anytime I go there it is like they are doing me a favor. It is sad that the customer service is so bad. It is even more surprising that it is so unfriendly with it being a rather recent location. Food is so so, but the customer service just kills it. Anyways, I do not plan to return.
