Normally, this is my favorite Hardee's. That's why I go. Today, there must've been someone who either didn't care to read the ticket, or they didn't know that Biscuits&Gravy -Plain means no sausage in the gravy. I'm a texture freak. And I hate sausage anyway. It was just a bit annoying to have it in there when I specifically requested for no sausage. They weren't any busier than I normally see when I order, so I'm just assuming it was a misread on the ticket. But still, c'mon. I paid for the food, I'd like to be able to enjoy it to the fullest extent. It's too much hassle to drive back and get plain gravy.
