Hardee's in Knoxville

I'm pretty mad seeing as I enjoy the sliders at least once a week. BUT THIS IS DUMBBBBB  is definitely an  UNDERSTATEMENT. I went through the drive through 15 minutes ago waited 10 mins for my food. I said so many times Please make sure that there are no onions. Just for me to get two double sliders with the onion still on there and for me to bite into it. So who's to blame for this decent hives breakout that I have to deal with?

Headed to Dollywood yesterday and needed some food. I love Hardee's and am typically happy with my food quality and was this time too. I noticed that their most recent health score was a 98 which is really good. It's a newer store so I'm not surprised. The staff was very friendly but they did focus more on the drive through customers than they did the dining room guests. I'm not saying either is more important but both should get equal quality of service. We waited a while for food. And as I was leaving there were no napkins to be found. I'll be back but am hoping for 4 star quality and service the next time.

Stopped into this Hardee's because it was new and looked clean.  We ordered a hamburger combo a chili dog and a taco.  Tea and Coke to drink.  The tea tasted old and funky so I asked the manager of I could have some tea from behind the counter thinking that it would turn over faster because of the drive through window.  I was told by the manager "no it's all the same" and she walked off.  My husband ate his taco but when he bit into his hot dog, the chili was old and burned.  He took it back to the counter,  and asked for three more tacos.  The girl at the counter yelled to the back and told the manager that my husband wanted three tacos and that he didn't like his chili dog.  She shouted from the back and said that he couldn't get tacos in the place of the hot dog.  Then she said if he wanted three tacos, he would have to pay the price difference.  He was telling the girl at the counter that he knew he would be paying the d...
