Just pulled in to the drive thru at 6:30pm on this Tuesday evening. Website says their open, but not a worker in sight. Love it!

Truly remarkable this location is still open. Don't get me wrong: I love Hardee's. Best fast-food burger for sure and love the fries (when they're fresh). But this location is chronically understaffed, the "pull ahead and we'll bring your food to you" take five to ten minutes (so much for "fast" food), and now on Sundays they close at 3pm? When did that happen?The reliability of this and its sister location off Parham and Staples Mill is just nil. Unless there are some significant changes that are advertised--like new owner or new management or SOMETHING--I just can't handle the frustration anymore. There are too many other options where I know the restaurant will be open and I'll get my food in a reasonable amount of time.
