Undercooked chicken went back to get another and the second one was undercooked as well chewy and rubbery. On top of that the guy at the window was rude.

It was a drive thru experience for breakfast. My complaint has to do with the length of time I was in the drive thru line. Hardee's drive thru is always a long wait. Customer Service needs to be on point at all times, not sometimes, and it's not.
