My sisters birthday lunch. The chef preparing our food was great. Very entertaining. The waitress was subpar and rude when I asked why my sister and niece was not offered soup or salad which came with the meal. Plus our whole table with three families kept looking for her for drink refill. The place did get busy after we arrived but that is no excuse for our whole table to be neglected. I felt bad for the other families. I paid for my meal at the bar because we needed to leave. The manager did give me a discount which I thanked him for. I don't think I will go back.

Very entertaining cooks, food is great, and you will probably take some home. After tipping your cook, and waitress, meal, drinks. Around a hundred for two people.

Hayashi Japanese Steakhouse is and always will be my favorite place to dine. It does not matter if it's lunch menu or dinner menu. I've been coming here for years and the chef's always.put on a great show. We had 3 people in our party today and we ordered our steaks 3 different ways and our chef nailed it!
