When I receive wonderful service at a resturant, I hate writing negative reviews, but it can't be helped because this was underwhelming at best. The La Gloria cocktail was well balanced and was crafted with care. The potato & leek soup, if not a bit bland, was at least not too rich. The entre, the scallops and walnut polenta, was terrible and deserves to be called bland! Incredible service by Freddie (I think that was his name) but my god the overpriced food was bland. We ordered apps and a couple entrees and dessert. Very confused by the amazing presentation versus the disappointing flavor on pretty much everything except the dessert. If you're gonna have a "finer" dining restaurant, at least hire some (well paid) cooks that can season food well.
