Horrible, nasty, dirty place, has hookers and homeless people. Michelle the bartender serves drinks to customers who never should be behind the wheel of a car. It's no wonder one of the regulars ran over and killed someone and didn't even know until the next day when she was back at the Hi Brow. Drinks are strong and bartenders don't monitor whether or not customers are fit to drive. Accident waiting to happen, one already last year I'm sure more to come.
