Beat up, run down, falling apart hamburger joint. Why is it I eat there when I pass through Alamogordo? Good papita!!! Real good papita!!

Love Hi-D-Ho Drive In! Local favorite of long standing. Remember eating here as a kid if we ever passed though, long before I ever lived here. Tiger Burger is still the best! Family drops in for a cherry lime or a root beer float at least once a month. Outdoor seating is nice with the mist system, though I often eat in the car as I usually have my nervous dog with me. Steak finger basket is great! Never had a bad experience, just keep in mind it's a tiny place and the servers are helping...
