Service is spotty but food is always good

I haven't eaten here in a long while and now I remember why...they never get my order right. I ordered the chicken meal, paid $1.00 extra for mixed veggies AND carrots. I placed my order online so it was in writing. After battling the rain and wind to pick it up, getting back to the office and anxious to devour my food, I discovered there were NO carrots on my plate. I LOVE the sweet carrots but wanted broccoli too and paid extra to have them. Also, there is sparingly any broccoli mixed in.It's so disappointing that whomever prepared my food missed the veggies and carrots; especially since they were not busy when I went in the establishment. There are too many options for good food in Alpharetta to accept this, I won't be going back.

I ordered hibachi Express last night and I ordered double vegetables with shrimp I received a whole cut up onion with shrimps these people is out of their mind they take your money and don't give you what you ask for, this is the worst place to eat at....
