Hey there to people of Houston who love sushi and want to try Omakase style which is chief's choice, they choose the ingredient for you and let you eat it. I have to say I enjoy every moment at Hidden Omakase. It was wonderful and I would definitely tell you that you should come. 16 course and they do not disappoint! Also if you like they also have their sister restaurant Norigami as well. We w...

This restaurant is about ambience. Staff is excellent. Very attentive and professional.Thumbs up for executive Chef Nikki on her creativity. The combination of texture and taste is A+.Sous chefs work hard and very pleasant but need more training. There is no reason we have 3 sizes of sushi for our party of 3. One of the sushi I got was cut wrong, I think, and impossible to bite through.I would recommend this place for it's paced, curated non-traditional experience.

Yes, I love the intimate dining experience - one "U" shaped counter with the chefs in the center circle! I found that after they served a dish, Chef Nikki would announce what the dish was - and by that time, everyone was already done eating their bite. I don't know - it felt a little off tuned to me. Most other omakase timed it really well - so that you get the "taste" all at once and the an...
