Great quality food and service. Ribs are bomb! Burger is bomb! And their Steak is bomb ! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Short menu but each item it good. Spinach and Artichoke dip is a great starter. Environment is moody and relaxing. Great for a dinner out with your significant other. This place is in our rotation and we plan on returning many more times.

Ate lunch at Hillstone today and the waiter asked my boyfriend to remove his cap. It was embarrassing. then we saw 5 other men wearing hats and caps. HUH?????????????? what was that about. I have been going to this place for thirty years (when it was Houston's, another restaurant in the Hillstone restaurant group), in the past the food was always excellent and the service was usually good 95% of the time. During the Pandemic I wasn't going out to restaurants and this is when the Hillstone restaurant group re-branded Houston's as Hillstone. Apparently now you can't get a table without a reservation, you can't sit at the bar without one either, no walk in's (that was never a problem before, they never even took reservations), etc... and it appears that service is a thing of the past now this restaurant is "Hillstone". I can understand if you didn't have a reservation and had to wait for a table but that's not an option either. I hope this changes, as the food is really...
