The owner (i believe) is very friendly, and helpful. It was my first time there and I wasn't sure how it worked. I had to feed 5 kids on a small budget. It was almost closing time and yet there's plenty of food and he explained to me what would be the best options. We did indeed get plenty of food for our money and all the kids enjoyed it very much. I will definitely be going back to Ho ho Chinese
