The waiter had one of the worst customer service I've seen. I've ordered from this place multiple times and yet every once in awhile the food would taste and smell funky. Like the food is old or expired or something

I lived in Vietnam for a year in the past , and for me this reminds me of my time in Southeast Asia.Pho at Hoang Lan Restaurant is quite reasonable and quite delicious in my opinion.
