Legitimately one of the best meals in recent memory. Came in with a friend for lunch. We ordered a wide selection of food and drinks, including sea foam coffee, fried baby clams, beef jerky papaya salad, banh beo chen (rice cakes ) grilled pork skewer with rice paper wrap, my quang (noodles with pork and chicken) and hoi an chicken rice. I'm more used to Vietnamese typical to pho restaurants so this was a revelation. Favorite dish by far was the banh beo Chen. A delicate mix of flavors expertly presented. That could be said if any of the dishes, though. I give it five out of five for decor, flavor, presentation, and service.

My husband and I had a dinner date tonight and we decided to try out this new restaurant that everyone has been talking about since its grand opening. First of all, the decoration is beyond and above. I love every corner of it. Now comes the food. We ordered: 1. Banh Dap: a layer of rice pancake is sandwiched between crunchy and thin cracker layers. It comes with a savory sauce, kind of similar to nuoc mam with some small pieces of pork rind. Normally, it is served with mam nem, but I'm fine with the sauce that they serve. I love banh dap, but I could not find it anywhere here in Houston. Now I know where to go when I crave. 2. Cao Lau: good portion, great to taste. Similar to banh dap, no where sells this type of dish. It's pretty decent here at Hoi An Quan. I will definitely order it again. 3. Banh Beo: banh beo itself is ok, but the fish sauce that comes with it is noth...

I read reviews and I was afraid to try till today. Services are good, waitstaff are so nice. Food is great but taste little sweet like Saigon not really Da Nang/ Hoi An but so far so good. I definitely come back. I ate "com ga Hoi an", rice is little dry and "Banh dap", sauce is little sweet
