Holly's Eventful Dining in Knoxville

I placed a catering order last week for the UT College of Veterinary Medicine Pathology Club. We ordered sandwich boxes for our lunch meeting today, and we could not have been happier! I just wanted to share how excited and happy everyone was with their delicious and ENORMOUS sandwiches! I was also personally so grateful for our delivery. We had a last minute change in our venue that put us on the opposite end of the hospital than we had planned, and the deliverer was kind and patient as we worked out the best route to get there. Absolutely recommend

Holly's just catered a retirement lunch at our office for 40 people. This was undoubtedly one of the best meals I have ever eaten.  I am not exaggerating when I say that.  I know it is hands down the best catered meal I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Herb rubbed pork loin and chicken (I'm not sure which chicken from their menu it was) were moist and fabulous. "Moist" and "catered" are most often never used in the same sentence. Sides were smoky green beans, smashed red potatoes, and rice pilaf. Green beans & bacon-does it get any better. I could have made a meal just out of the potatoes. And, and they made rice pilaf something special and not just an afterthought side.  How often can you get excited about rice? If you're catering, do yourself the favor of using Holly's. Their prices were in line with several of the national chain fast food catering locations and the food is superior to anything you could get from them.

We used Holly's to cater my 40th birthday party last week and were so very, very pleased. The food was plentiful and amazing and the server they sent was so sweet and helpful, she even made to go boxes for all of our guests. Holly's is a must for at home events!
