OK, first let me tell you what Hollywood Roadhouse is, it is a roadhouse. A nice little funky bar with a few tables and soon to have gaming. It's not fancy, it's not trendy. This place sat empty for several years. The new owner Terry and her husband, came in and gave it a nice face lift. I don't give five stars easily. That being said I wish I could do 4 1/2 stars and let me tell you why. Five stars to me means everything is perfect. They're not perfect yet. They are new and they're still working out some bugs so you have to be patient. My wife and I have been here several times. I had a Merkts Burger one night and it was excellent cooked perfectly the meat was fresh, perfectly done. I had Wings...
