Excellent food. Quirky and mostly ffriendly staff. Bartender kept giving us the stink eye because we sat in the bar waiting for our food but there was no where else to sit and nobody was pining for the seats. It was quite cold outside with homelessness and garbage abounding so not exactly inviting to linger outside and wait. We drove from Port Orchard just for the sandwiches.

Husband and I were visiting Seattle for the first time and heard about how delicious Honeyhole sandwiches were. We stopped by on the way back to the airport. Sandwiches took 1 hour to be prepared, not because of a crowd but because the system went down at the time we ordered. They did see us waiting but we had to check our order status 2 times. The 2nd time we checked was when they told us they didn't have a ticket for our sandwiches. They comped us with fries, but we overheard them completely refunding the people that were behind us in line that were also waiting, along with giving them their food and more. Upsetting. Sandwich was ok but not worth the wait. Was hoping for a better experience.
