Amboy’s Asian Asylum
Hip and excellent Filipino Cafe and Bakery. Excellent Mango Empanada, and Longanisa Pan de Sal!!! Calamansi bar was super flavorful and sweet. Must Try and Highly Recommend!!!

So glad I managed to squeeze in a visit to Hood Famous Cafe + Bar! I couldn't resist getting an ube latte as a huuuuge fan of all things ube, and it was absolutely fantastic. I came in a little before closing but nonetheless managed to snag some baked goods for the train ride home and for the fam! The ube sticky bun was so lovely and just the right amount of sweet and sticky. The ube cookies were also a huge hit with the fam and disappeared very quickly! Already excited to go back next time I'm in Seattle, but in the meantime luckily the Beaverton Uwajimaya has their cookie dough!
