Hooters in Alcoa

Just came and got a to go order, I really enjoy Yalls food. I will give a suggestion though, if you're going to charge for extra sauce at least put it in the bag. I bought two meals and left a nice to go tip, only to get home and find out that my bag didn't have the barbecue sauce I pod extra for. I may order again if you want to put it in the notes to give me the sauce that I paid for last night. There's others way to get your margins up.

Placed two to-go orders for wings over the last two weeks.  Both have been mid-afternoon, for a pick-up around 3p.  Both orders placed on their web site about 35min before the appointed pick-up time.  Both times I've had to stand and wait almost 20min past the pick-up time for my order to be prepared.  And the best part, both times the pizza I picked up next door was nice and cold after the extra wait time.   While the wings tasted good both times, they'...

As a former employee of Hooters, i was VERY disappointed with my visit today. Went for lunch and our server Kippiny took our orders, we all got the same thing and waters to drink. Sat there for an hour and had to have the food boxed up because we had to get back to work. The manager came over and apologized and said that the kitchen had only had our order for 10 minutes. Also, the server never refilled our drinks, i had to ask another worker. Appetizers never came out. So the server had forgot to put the order in. Manager took 25% off our food, that we will not get to eat because we cannot eat at work. Not pleased with this store at all, and will not be back.
