Overall delicious, filling hot pot (not AYCE/buffet) and awesome customer service. Shoutout to ETHAN for being so attentive and friendly! The meat lovers hot pot combo was perfect - comes with half and half soup base, sorted platter of meat and sorted platter of vegetables. I absolutely love the Vietnamese broth it's like canh chua - tomato base, sweet and sour soup. If you ever want hot pot this is the place to be.

Today was my first time to visit Hot Pot City and wow I would give them 10 starsFirst, the prices are incredible for what they have to offer. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on their menu backward and forward, friendly and very prompt to assist and bring refills and food to table. Also made us feel very comfortable just as if we were regulars. Food was above and beyond expectations considering my family has very different preferences in food, spicies and drinks. We will definitely be coming back and bringing everyone i know to experience this awesome resturant! Keep it Got Pot City you're #1 in my book
