Came to this hot Al for Vday, because they have Macallan 12 but when we got here they don’t carry that and only carry 18. That’s $45 difference. And that’s all we really drink but they would discount it not even $5-10 bucks to hang at the bar and drink. Before making my reservation I called to “make sure” they had what we drink. Not happy at all at the bar right now.

Hotel Zaza Memorial City Is THE PLACE TO BE! We always stay Zaza for all our special occasions but this stay was especially exceptional! Despite the staff shortage like many other companies are suffering from right now, Hotel Zaza staff really went ABOVE & BEYOND to give the best experience to our family which was much appreciated!
