Houlihan's in Springfield

This spot is one of my favorites! Reasonable rates, considerable portions and the staff are consistently welcoming.

HILTON PROPERTY!?!?! SHAMEFUL!! Dark Dank DIRTY ALWAYS. Buy and use a vacum! We meet monthly with a group for lunch meetings on prefix 5 option LACK LUSTER BORING menu.   We experience regular unappetizing occurrences. Three meetings in the space with ceiling crumbling and leaking on to our table. Our members squished together to have a clean area away from a  water leak catch bucket at the end of our table; (by the way the place is ALWAYS EMPTY, WE could have been relocated, mgmt not interested)an employee microwave  in the space never dissappoints for regular action and conversation amongst folks,  to untrained servers not coached in proper service or basic etiquette as they are clumsy and  akward while REGULARLY interrupting the meeting flow, whether guest speakers, invocations or regular presentations by our group members, all take a back seat to the obtuse server. Base price w/ gratuity is 15$. No customer service reflection for tipping..more or less.. plunk a Jackson down, good luck finding your 5 bucks change.so , wait for 20 , 30 minutes or chase someone down to the beleaguered face as you politely request your change. hich is puts the required 15 bucks and change per person. Lay a 20 down

WARNING!!AVOID EATING HERE AT ALL COSTFirst time coming here to order some food to go. No one greeted me at all. There was only about a table or two. So the place is pretty dead. All the staff was either on the phone or watching tv. Once I was ready to order took forever for a staff to come. After I ordered the food I realized how dated this restaurant is. All the employee are very slow and lazy. Seem like the manager walked to Sunrise of Springfield and hired their employee. Perhaps maybe the manager is from there. Btw Sunrise of Springfield is a nuring home. Waited over 30 minutes for the order to be ready. I can't imagine how long it'll take for dine in. Food is mediocre I can't believe I wanted 30 minu...
