Visiting Houston's, opened in Boca Raton in 1990, was not my decision. It's well kept and the service is good, but I've had better food while visiting relatives in a convalescent home. It's not that the food was bad, but for $31 my tuna should have had flavor other than from an overly sweet sticky sauce. If you want that, go to Panda Express and feed three people.
Absolutely horrible place to work at. Lots of dirty middle aged and senior men. Even though the tips are enormous, most of the customers are desperate for my attention instead of enjoying their dining experience! One time I forgot a menu order while a young male couple having a date night told me why are you wasting your time working here when all you got to do is smile and look pretty. It was then I realized I should leave this dark, creepy commerce of food and become a super model.
