I discovered this place while dining at another restaurant nearby. The restaurant I was in was somewhat empty, but looking over to How to Cook a Wolf, it was packed with socially-distanced people, which is a good sign. I quickly did a google maps search to get the name of the restaurant and made my reservations. It did not disappoint on any level. From the helpful service to the wine selection to each expertly crafted, unique dish, the only question we had was, "When are we coming back?"
