The food is good. Love the heat. However the cashier was incredibly rude! Rolled her eyes and make faces throughout the order. Was on her phone with headphones on while at the counter. Extremely unprofessional.

Personally, I am not a fan of very spicy food. I ordered a wrap and it was super spicy to me. But the staff were kind enough to understand I am a "chicken" when it comes to spicy food and re made my order without their sauce (which gives it the kick). Restaurant was clean. Order was hot and fresh.

Staff was great! Food was amazing!They basically just opened and these chicken sandwiches are far better than the place next door called fusion ...howdy hot chicken is the best place for a chicken sandwich in katy!
