Upon entering building and turning right to buy a drink at sunright, I noticed a strong Chinese herb smell. It was female ginseng (當歸). I initially only wanted a drink and ended buying a duck thin noodle with female ginseng soup. It was the right taste, not too strong, not too mild. It was only $11.99 and so worth it. Will definitely buy again and have it when it gets cold. Btw, the owners were nice and greeted us when they saw us. It was located inside a food court with many stores already out of business. Hopefully, it can stay in business during this hard time.

Consistently yummy food! I love their tofu, eggplant, and broccoli with the complimentary chow mein.

I'm rarely in the Arcadia area but when I'm close by I head to the food court for my favorite shop, K-Town Express, but they were closed on Mondays so I settled for Hsin Hsin Shau May Deli.  First off, this place is cash only!  Normal when it comes to asian spots but since their prices are so low you don't have to carry much cash.  The service here is friendly and they will guide to which items you may like depending on your taste.  I ended up getting their two item combo with fish and tofu, spicy chicken, chow mein and canned coke.  Prices here are super cheap, whole meal cost me about $6.24 and that's the only positive thing I can say regarding their food.  The chow mein was luke warm along with the fish and tofu; some parts hot while others were cold.  The spicy chicken was just cold and you can't even taste the spices.  I'm by no means a spicy foods fanatic I'll start sweating just taking a small swift of spices but not with this.  I don't know if this dish was suppose to be served cold but reading some other peoples reviews they don't have a problem...
