Decent Vietnamese food for a reasonable price! We are regulars here and come to get their Hu Tiu Kho for lunch when we are craving it. Their sugarcane drink is a favorite and they always serve it in a large to go cup which is nice. We've never had to wait to be seated because there's plenty of seating, and the service has always been quick with no issues. Plenty of parking but it's located in the corner of a shopping center so it's easy to miss.

owner is very rude. came to pick up my order and i swear she didnt say a single word to me. just used hand signals like i was a dog. owner is really an airhead
