I am a drain cleaner and they had some drain issues. We solved that and they offered me a free meal. Let me tell you hands down best Dinner I have had in a long time it was absolutely wonderful. Great people I can not say enough good things about them.

I live in Minneapolis, and I come out to the suburbs to visit my mom a couple times a week. For the last couple of years, I've been working my way through all of the Chinese places within a delivery radius of her house. Without exception, they've been "mall chain restaurant" quality at best. Until now! Hua Yang is great! I had the Szechuan Dan-dan noodles, crab meat balls, and some fried rice, but I tried some of pretty much everyone else's order, and it was all exceptional. The noodles were less spicy than I expected, but I always assume that's just "Minnesota suburb" spicy. The reviews of this place are pretty lackluster, but apparently it's recently under new management, so I hope people can look past a menu that is, to be diplomatic, a little daunting to an English-only speaker. I want to try everything, and I hope this place sticks around long enough for me to do it.
