My friend and I went to this location on lunch Thursday (December 23rd). It was a busy place with two servers working very hard and doing what they could. The cook , I believe Krista was her name was being very rude and unpleasant the whole time we were in the facility. Keep in mind we have been in this location before and she was being the same way , very loud, complaining non stop and yelling at the servers along with awkwardly approaching tables to complain about how many hours she had worked that day. Our waitress was Katie I believe. She was a very sweet and hard worker but a miss hap occurred that was the cooks fault for not reading a check and Krista was very ugly to her. You could tell she was very upset but stayed professional and polite. The cook was training a young man and Krista continuously kept making negative comments about our server to him to which we all could hear. My only hope is that the young man does not believe that treating servers how she was is okay because it is not. She does not need to be a trainer or working if she is that unhappy with her job. The other server seemed to ignore the cook as if she had worked there a while. This is how you loose new staff and train new staff poorly.
