I would have liked to have given a nice review, but my experience here was straight up awful. The bar is cute from the outside, but the other reviews are right-the staff is terribly rude. I came here with my girlfriend, who was on the phone with her mother from the time we sat down. I ordered us a round of waters so she could finish her phone call and actually have time to look at the menu. Vonnie, our waitress, came up the first time after delivering our waters (we've been sitting for a total of two minutes). She waves her hands at her sides, either implying she doesn't know what's going or she wants to know what we'd like to order, followed up with a "So what are we doing?". I was amazed at the audacity of this woman-obviously my girlfriend is still on the phone and hasn't had the chance to look at the menu. I explained that I'd like a glass of rose but my girlfriend is on the phone (if she could not tell) so we'd like a couple of minutes. Not even two minutes later, Vonnie walks up to us and says, in the most unpleasant and demeaning way imaginable: "O-k we're going to have to order something at some point." We've been seated for a total of 6 minutes at most. What on earth is wrong with this woman? My girlfriend rushed to order something after Vonnie's very rude statement. I asked her what the rush was-were they closing soon? I would be understanding if that were the case, as I'd hate to impose. But no-Vonnie explained it was her "bosses policy to put in orders ASAP for each table". As a previous waitress, I find that hard to believe-especially when she was being completely unaccommodating of my girlfriend. Furthermore, s...

Wine is good but the staff is extremely rude. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, then a woman nodded my way and said someone else would be there shortly. She walked over, didn't greet us or introduce herself and took our wine order. I also asked for two waters. I could only get out "and also..." before she walked away ignoring me. When she returned (with wine and without the water) I kindly asked for the fruit and cheese plate, before I could even finish she cut me off and said "kitchens closed until 3" (it's 2:45.....). No, "I'm sorry, the kitchen is closed," or any shred of customer service in her voice. She then never came back to our table until I flagged her down to remind her I asked for a water 30 minutes ago. I can't believe how obnoxiously slow and rude the staff here is for an airport restaurant. Funny thing is I'm traveling for work with a company credit card and tend to tip very nicely when I'm able to stretch a budget, guess she missed out.

My second time here and the wine is great but the service is horrible. Went to sit at the chairs and table to watch the football game and was told it was for parties of 4 or more. This was told with attitude to us and another 4 couples by the older blonde waitress. We sat at a 4 top table so how is that different?!? One couple with no table to sit at found the manager. They were told to sit there. Again the blonde waitress told them "she" is the boss but fine they will have to share it. We are at a bar so sharing space isn't a...
