Hands down the best pho and spring rolls I've had in Houston, and I grew up on Houston pho. Also A+ tier service. This place is the golden standard by which all other pho/vietnamese restaurants should measure themselves.

I came to Huynh restaurant on a Thursday afternoon for lunch with my boyfriend. The interior is quite nice, and reminded me more of an upscale Vietnamese restaurant.
