Tea was good, customer service could be better, cashier wasn’t very social, seemed annoyed when I wanted order more than 1 thing, so I decided to just buy drinks. Said goodbye, and no response. Won’t be coming here again, I’ll stick with Kim’s tea house.

It took me a while to realize that this shop and the one on 529 was the same. Strangely, their food and drinks taste different. This location have better banh mi, but the one on 529 make better tasting tea. Not sure why they are inconsistent across locations. Would be nice if I can get my banh mi and tea at the same location.

My favorites from I Heart Boba are: Fried Spring Rolls - with Siracusa sauce on the side! And don't forget the Peach Banana Smoothie with Tapioca.
