Okay. The food here is amazing. Best chicken wings I've ever had (the carmelized fish sauce wings.) The pho is delicious and has wonderful spices rather than just tasting like chicken broth. But about every other time I come here there's an issue, sometimes "they didn't get my order" and yet when they go back inside the order is clearly there since they make it just as I ordered without me telling them, but now I've got to wait an extra 15 minutes for my families food. Most recently they just didn't pick up their phone at all. No answer, voice mailbox full, no answer at the door. I guess I've got to go to the p...

I read so many great reviews so I ordered 20pc wings and 4 lg pho and every family member who ate this food got so disappointed. 1st of pho broth was bland didn't taste spices and they forgot to put all the side veggies goes with pho and portion is small for large. And wayyy to expensive. And lastly the wings that was hyped about...so much fatty thick skin..not crispy at all. I expected vietnamese style chicken wing where its super crispy and saute in fish sauce.

THE BROTH WAS TOO OILY. Literally could not taste the broth with so much oil. 70%+ of my brisket was just chunks of ALL fat. Too much onion. I will not come back.
