I've been going to ice garden before I could even walk so I'm sad to see the owners change. This is my first time since the change in owners and I was not let down. The flan and the mochi were almost as good as I remember. Currently with COVID there is no seating area so there are a lot of people standing and eating their shaved ice. Additionally, the outside window is being utilized to both take orders and put out shaved ice. Overall, I would return to Ice Garden even with the owner change.
