Saying that I love ice valley cafe is a understatement. By far my favorite boba place in Houston. I live in Kentucky and every time I come visit I get something, sometimes even twice a day because I love the welcoming environment and drinks plus their fantastic tapioca. By far my favorite drink has been Carmel Mocha smooth but I've tried mango milk tea, Hong Kong milk tea, mango smoothie, honeydew milk tea even Carmel Mocha milk tea: honestly every single one I would buy again. By far has the best tapioca. Always fresh. The owner Lawrence is only a plus being so nice and so helpful about the flavors! Always fresh boba what ever time you go. Guaranteed.
