When a refrigerator goes down it’s always an emergency. We came to work on Monday morning to find our grab and go cooler making hideous noises and not cooling. Not only did the guys at Icehouse show up quickly to assess the problem, they hauled the fridge to their shop so we could continue business as usual and had the repaired unit back in place before the close of business. Service doesn’t get better than that and Papa Murphy’s is grateful to have them available when things go down.
