This place is hidden and the sign is not easily seen from the main street due to trees and poor signage lighting. The ice cream is good though and it is fun to watch them make it. See video. Also the finished product is artistic and delicious

If you are looking for a unique and fun way to eat ice cream, visit Iceland Ice Cream. It is made right before your eyes. What starts out as liquid, becomes a thin layer of ice cream that is rolled up and put into a cup. All orders are custom made. After the ice cream is put into the cup, the toppings you choose are put on top. We have gone there several times and will go back again and again.
