Not only is this the best place to get noodles or Thai food in town, but I personally consider Ichiban to be the best restaurant in Amarillo. My family and I have been regular customers since I was very young, and the quality and service has always been the absolute very best for over a decade. My favorite thing to order is the Ramen noodles. Every part of it, from the fresh homemade noodles, to the pork cutlets, broth egg and fishcake is amazing. I have very fond memories of eating here, and they only continue to maintain that same consistency and quality. :)
