Ichiban opened where Chopstix' other location used to be, and it was a pleasant surprise to find that it was basically still the same Chopstix. Same beautiful decour of traditional Japanese art mixed with the neon night life (and swanky-looking, clean restrooms), same menu, and, unlike the other location that still bears the Chopstix name, the same great-tasting food. The main difference from its Chopstix' days is that they added an all-you-can-eat buffet line. NOT, I stress, to be confused with the dodgy line of binned food sitting under hot lamps that you go over to, serve yourself, and then pray it won't give you food poisoning in a matter of hours -- they will instea...
