Amazing experience. We got to chat with the chef himself while dining, which was a really enjoyable experience. The food was incredible and creative.

Ordered 3 out of the five main courses available that day, and none of them made me want to come back again. We ordered the fillet mignon, iberico pluma, and foie gras risotto along with the lavender ice cream dessert.I would say the dessert tasted the best out of all of them, the yogurt under the ice-cream is pretty tasty, but the ice-cream as a whole didn’t amaze me.The iberico pluma had good texture, but the sauce and the veggie on the side did not complement it.The prime beef fillet mignon was cooked well, but the beef itself has an unusual initial taste. The tastsuta-age sweetbread actually tastes better than the prime beef in my opinion. Had one bite of the shepherd’s pie and did not like it at all.The foie gras risotto tastes okay. The risotto is pretty bland without the foie gras, and a bit heavy with it. I would’ve happily just had the foie gras by itself without the risotto. To be fair we didn’t order any starters/appetizers, so maybe the starters actually do the rating justice. I’m just a little disappointed considering the price isn’t cheap.

We had an early reservation and were the first table sat for the evening. After ordering a beverage and our meals, we were treated to an amuse bouche of mushroom soup that was really tasty. We both started our meals with the truffle egg (delicious). I ordered the scallops with Brussels sprouts and squash pasta and my friend had the iberico pork with polenta. Both wer...
