Called ahead to have my order ready as we just flew in and we were exhausted. It was 1135pm and i know it could be busy. When i arrived i just checked in with the host who told me it was not ready yet. He told me to have a seat at the bar and wait. After sitting there for 10 min i heard him ask about my food and he was told by a cook "they wait like everyone". Mind you it is now 30 min since order was placed. At 45 i start asking questions and i hear the cook say oh it was Togo let's get started. Waited 48 min so 30 min inside beyond the 15min lead time i was told. Never again.

Bad service. Did not bring what was ordered. Did not ask for a refill on drinks. Manager making rounds got me a refill.

Food was good. It's always noisy there. Covid has robbed IHOP of some of its charm.
