Staff was friendly and prompt unfortunately the breakfast didn’t measure up pancakes at the pancake house were cold and not at all light or fluffy. I had a chance to inform the waitress when I was about to leave she offered to get me fresh ones but too late for today if I try again and have a similar problem I’ll voice an objection right away.

My family’s experience today was good until we received our food. The waitress was friendly. I understand the shortage of workers. But our order was simple and the waitress understood what we wanted. The food came out and plates were not hot, more like lukewarm. My daughters sandwich had cheese that was not melted. The waitress sent it back to melt the cheese. The cooks added more cheese that was hot and melted cheese on top of the unmelted cheese. Therefore it was to much stacked cheese. My daughter peeled off the cheese and found a hair in the food. She resent the food back and didn’t order anything. My mother asked for eggs over easy and it came back scrambled and food not warm. And my sisters meal had chicken that was over cooked. The waitress blamed the mistakes on the cooks but I feel as a waitress it’s her job to see that the orders she took should be checked before sending them out to the guests. It reflects on her as well as the cooks. We were more than less impressed with the IHOP on Tunnel Road. Will not go back.
